Hmmm. Well I've finally gotten my Macbook, got a pretty skin for it, and bought sims3. Life is good. Although I still haven't got a bag for the laptop, so I can't take it with me to Starbucks :(  I'm such a terrible hipster.

It's just so hard to find a bag that I actually like, and does all it needs to do! It's gotta be big enough to carry a 15" laptop, a pencil case, a sketchbook, a packed lunch, and knickknacks like phone, keys, and music. These things also have to be easy to grab. I really want to be a messenger bag or a satchel, something I can cross over my body if I want. Also tough. Gotta handle that much weight. But I don't want something ridiculously big and chunky, or super manly. No grey, no steel, and no plastic >:(

I think I have actually found something, but it's so expensive! But so nice. Arg. I guess in the end I have to decide whether a bag that does everything I want is worth that much. Hmm hmm hmm.

But back to the joys of macbook ownership; Oh iPhoto, how I love you! Keyword searches for my massive image collection! I have had the machine for a week now, and I haven't even gotten a quater of the way through my image collection D: It's exhausting. But it's going to be amazing when it's done. I can tell.

Now, I've been without my own computer for a while now, and my music collection (which I love) has been spread across two computers, two music players, a phone, and three different usb/portable harddrives. As I said, it has been a while, so I collect music on one device, but because  it belongs to someone else, I can't keep all my music there, 'cause I don't want to take up all their HD space.

But I've finally collated it all! All music is finally just. there. Right at my fingertips. FInally now whenever a song pops into my head I can just open up iTunes, type it in, and tahdah! Done.

It's a nice feeling.

Should start updating more frequently. Got more time on my hands than I did.

life, macbook
