Ugh. My boss this year is a whiny bitch. All of this via e-mail:
My weekly report last week: We're missing a package, I've done everything I can to find it, but the description says that it's just office mail so the resident hasn't gotten upset about it yet. What do you want me to do?
Him: No reply.
My weekly report this week: The package is still missing, I've tried everything. What else do you want me to do?
Him: No reply.
The Desk: The resident just came to pick up that package, and we didn't have it.
Him: ZOMG Berve, you need to find that package!
Me: I've tried everything, what do you want me to do?
Him: You need to find that package!
Me: I've been trying for two weeks! I can't make a package appear out of thin air. If you think you can do better, you're welcome to try.
Him: I was offended by your last comment. We can have a meeting about this some other time.
