Back in my day, they fed you hard tack, and only if you didn't get lost and did your pull-ups! They're going soft I tells ya. No wonder we're losing the war.

For me, it's a minimum of 42 pushups (2 min), 53 situps (2 min) and a 15:54 2-mile.
Im at 70 pushups, 68 situps, and a 14:30 2-mile which is around 270 pts.

It's 95 Sit-ups (2 min).. Fifty-five push ups (2 min), and a 7-8 minute mile.
I don't know what it is for boys.
((Btw.. I can't do 55 push-ups...Only around 40))
