Second, I totally approve of these recs! I saw both Penelope and 17 Again in the theater. I totally agree about Zac, he carried that movie like woah. And Penelope is just the sweetest, most charming film ever. <3

Great, now I want to watch The Notebook. Sigh.

I absolutely adore Penelope. I like to watch it from time to time when I can't sleep because it's just that good. I agree on 17 Again too,very cute movie and Zac was great in it.

"Penelope" was very cute. 17Again? Eh, way too predictable for me, but the actors and casting was great.

ETA: Wow, that vid actually made me want to watch "The Notebook" again. I totally forgot that James Marsden was in it. Yum! Rushes off to Netflix.

Joie is trying to put together a musical version of The Notebook for braodway. She and her production partner got approval from Nicholas Sparks and are in the final stages. In August they are holding auditions for a Wilmington run of thier production so they can work out the kinks and see what works and what doesnt. They are going to use that to pitch it to the big wigs.
