You're right- 5lbs in one week is not normal. Have you gotten any bloodwork results yet? I'm sure it has nothing to do with your diet.

Just enjoy yourself when it's applicable- like this weekend :) It's okay to splurge sometimes.

She's had bloodwork done, but her doctor wasn't available any time in the coming week so she has to wait until the week afterwards. At that point we'll know of any adjustments that need to be made to the thyroid medication.

probably is all thyroid related maybe it is, don't worry until you get your results back.
