Any Suggestions?

My bf's coming up to visit and wants me to cook for him.
Fine.
But what in the hey can I cook that is still going to be ok for me to have a bit of?
Any 3 course meals or even less that are good for me that I can eat without gaining 10 lbs?
Please, and suggestions would be great.

try skinless chicken cooked in olive oil and chopped garlic with maybe some rosemary and tyme (or just pepper if you don't have spices). With that have a little rice or veggies, like broccoli or whatever you like. A salad would be good too, or just skip to dessert and have sugar free pudding with low fat whip cream (and call it mousse!) Your boyfriend will never know it's really healthy and he'll think you're a gourmet cook!
And if you don't like the chicken you can use any other meat the same way like lean steak or pork.
