Oh my god, thank you! I was so afraid that this comment was going to be someone telling me to stop spamming their f-list. xD And that no one was going to read it. And then everyone who didn't read it was going to make me a human sacrifice to the fandom gods by throwing me into a volcano, but I would survive and reemerge with superpowers. AND THEN I'D FIND OUT THAT MY SUPERPOWER WAS KILLING PEOPLE BY MAKING THEM READ MY FIC AND I'D BE SO ASHAMED.

But I'm glad you love it. That makes me insanely happy. :)

I'm kind of expecting no one to read it.
HOW DARE YOU. YOUR LOVING WIFE WILL ALWAYS READ THE WORKS OF PURE ART THAT COME FROM YOUR BRAIN. I AM UPSET THAT YOU WOULD THINK SUCH A THING.

i love your self-mutilation emoticon. it makes me want to hug you tightly to my bosom.

and yes, i just finished Consuming Kids. Enlightening and terrifying, that was. And also enraging. But inspiring.

Im actually going to purchase The Corporation, cuz i'd like to support the filmmakers. I believe it'll become one f my favorites.

Thank you for those. I feel so smart. And you're very smart, which makes me terribly attracted to you.

So I haven't read any of your fics before. That's why I'm really glad I read this one. This was amazing and Epic in every sense. I loved it! The way you write Mindy is so brilliant and the interaction between her and Carly? Seriously, it was amazing. I'll definitely be looking out for your fics now ;)

I'm listening to the song right now. I like it. a lot. *repeats*

Their job is to cultivate genius, and so they leave the flaws in the human design to the trained facilitators to handle
LOVE IT.

You're slap-happily given a high dose antipsychotics within the first hour, and you obey because you want out of this cuckoo's nest, violets or no, and because you trust science and the holy practice of chemistry even if you don't trust people or these idiots who call themselves doctors.
I love how you describe character motivations without getting lost in metaphor or deeply searching observations.

The medicine makes you see afterimages and feel like you're balancing a purring truck on your shoulder while inhaling the gasoline fumes, and within six hours, you can't remember the simple things without a struggle: the golden ratio, the quadratic equation, or even the first thousand digits of pi, because even when your toes are curled into the carpet, you're somewhere pressed up against the ceiling, waiting for it to open up so you can drift ( ... )

Jefferson Airplane totally defined an era of my life. Here's a present because I'm always forgetting our anniversary and leaving dirt and trees and lobsters in the bed and slaughtering the household goats on Christmas.

The Ballad of You and Me and Pooneil

Wild Times

She Has Funny Cars

Or Maybe it was Grace Slick.

And you've probably heard White Rabbit before, but if you haven't, LISTEN TO IT NOW. I think you can listen to those before you download. :D

OMG STOP IT; YOU MIGHT GIVE ME SELF-ESTEEM, EW!
