I had heard Shadows Fall before, but recently discovered that they have 3 songs that are nothing short of, I kid you not, relaxing.  I had only really been familiar with songs like "Destroyer of Senses" and "What Drives The Weak", but since I picked up the album The Art of Balance, I was pretty surprised.  Those two songs give them the impression
