I was supposed to have 1200 calories but i had a late start to my day (I woke up at 10:46 a.m.). So it was really hard to time my meals and still have dinner by 5 but I tried to eat every 2-3 hours. But the last meal was :45 =/...But I usually sleep late so maybe it's ok.
