ahh so definetly a "spurge day" today. I couldn't help that my mom took me to olive garden and i ate yogurt which really had a lot of calories because it was the hand scooped and not the soft swerve at 7pm in the night! I'm gonna try to balance it with a light lunch tomorrow and try to keep the calories relatively low tomororw... So today I went around 250 calories over my usual limit. I'll try to burn it off tonight but I don't know how much energy I'll have...But definetly try to cut down tomorrow and wednesday maybe.
