Don't invite kids... its mean, and i hate the idea, but its what my sister has to do for hers, its cuts a list WAY back. The the Spencer country inn is amazing. The way they do things over there is great. Put down a deposit, pay for your food and everything and they give you back the deposit, its just to save your date. And congratulations! Planing a wedding is stressful as hell but well worth it in the end. Don't let the little things get to you, its your day and you do it the way you want to. Don't let your family get too pushy with anything, they can do that. Good luck!
My dad's side of the family is huge so I narrowed it down to: Grandparents Mom/dad brother/sister aunts/uncles cousins
No great aunts and uncles and none of my dad's million cousins and their kids. There will probably just be 6 kids there anyways so that's not really gonna make much of a difference plus i love them :)
Right now I'm leaning toward the Hardwick Winery I can do the ceremony and reception there AND they are pretty reasonably priced. So far I'm not stressed out at all so I'm hoping it stays that way. lol
Good. Keep the stress level down now, you'll have enough of it later on. Brad and I had ours at the Quabin and the reception in his parent's yard. Some how we managed to knock our list of over 150 to about 70.
