After an amazing Bat Mitzvah weekend,  I come down with a new medical affliction.  I have something called trigeminal neuralgia.  Very very painful, if you want to know more,  just Google it.  You won't like what you read.  I actually had this 5 years ago and it disappeared before I had it diagnosed. I now know that this thing can go into remission
