damn my irish blood

In the process of making mashed potatoes, I clogged the drain, broke two pluingers, cut my cand, and burnt my fingers. And so far, all I've done is peel and cut them up and put them on the stove. They aren't even mashed yet.

How have I survived this long?

Box, full of tool boxes, full of tools - I have no idea.

However I am glad you have!

Next time use golden or red potatoes you don't have to peel them :)

Of course you have to de-eye them and that could result in injury...
