housemate hunting again!

james has decided to look for a place closer to his work and other friends over near the brunswick area, and will be moving out sometime in about a month. the hunt is back on for a new music-loving, night-owl housemate, should be available around mid/late feb

well if you want you can just pay rent and have it as you private melbourne hotel room type thing. lol

nemo is pretty good, he's been catching a few mice last week, maybe even ate one or two, or at least attempted to. it might have been the doings of some neighbouring cats though, not sure.

Just looking to move somewhere a bit cheaper and finding it difficult with my housemate working from home now.

I like the idea of having my own private Melbourne hotel room, except I kinda already have that with the boys from Ben Smith Band and their place on Faraday Street in Carlton. I don't even have to pay rent, and I have my own key to the place!

Glad to hear that Nemo is up to his shenanigans as usual. Has he fallen into the couch again lately?

no it must have been a couch fascination weekend for him or something, seems to be out of his system now. all in all he's actually really well behaved, hardly causes me a problem. very occasionally he'll jump on something i don't want him to, like my computer, or my guitars. but i just say no the next few times he does it, as he seems to do it in repetitive bursts, and then after 10 minutes he gets the message.
