Shizuo exhaled and tried not to pick up the furniture and start tossing them around to quell his impending rage. Instead, he pulled out another cigarette.

“Anyways, I’m going to have to gamble here but I am not telling you anything just yet. I will, I promise, but I just want…” Izaya trailed off and briefly closed his eyes.

He had to word this properly or he’ll get his face smashed right into the café-colored walls without hesitation.

“…I just want to experience something normal for once.”

Shizuo had no freaking clue what that meant and his ignorance showed clearly on his face without even asking to. Izaya sighed and smiled calmly.

He had to remember that the blond was not the brightest bulb in the box.

“What I’m trying to say is that, I…I want to experience what it’s like to be in a relationship.” Izaya fiddled with his thumbs and looked up with a shy smile.

He is definitely scheming something massiveThat was the thought that ran through Shizuo’s head upon hearing such words. There was no way there wasn’t a catch involved.
