Izaya has severe and long-lasting migraines. They’re getting worse being accompanied by vertigo, motor weakness etc.; the more symptoms and phases included the better. Human heat helps better than drugs (well it's more like those don't help at all) but Izaya would never willingly reveal a little weakness of his… But this OP wants FLUFF so it can't be helped.
This anon is into Shizaya but as long as there's someone taking care of weak and miserable Izaya it's by author!anons chose. Smut is welcomed but not demanded.

Should I say I'm in love with your Izaya and his narration? Yeah, I know he shouldn't sound ironic (even dark ironic) in his state but he does for me except for those times he can't actually think straight because of the unbearable pain; because at the very end he surely sounded helpless even for this weird OP. Oh, my suffering Izaya, I do feel with you even if it's not evident right now!

oh man I can completely understand how Izaya feels. I hardly get headaches, much less migraines. Literally a twice in a year event. So when I get them, it feels like my heads trying to split in half, and the lights so fucking bright it's as if i'm looking directly into the sun while sitting on the planet Mercury. My friends think it's all in good fun to fuck with me by being loud and annoying when such happens...
Poor Izaya.. I feel for him.

an incredibly talented and self proclaimed sadist author who loves to torture our poor little IzaIza and who writes in his POV, who else could it be ??
