Kida is feeling really distracted and depressed, so during sex he asks Mikado to hurt him/choke him/make him bleed, etc, as s sense of relief and/or punishment

Mikado, being the good friend that he is, obliges but guilts over it the whole time. Preferred Mikado's POV. Flufftastic or bittersweet ending is anon's choice

Would OP be interested in yet another Anon attempting this, but if it was Kida's POV or switching POV? Also, how would OP feel about one or two other characters being involved along the way as the boys try to figure things out? I'm writing something but I think it's turning into something you don't want...
