Shizuiza,in that order. Based on ep7, we can see that Shizuo is actually getting himself injured when using his monstrous power. One day, he gets hurt very badly and ends up in hospital. Izaya visits him and forcing him to have sex in hospital bed. Bonus point if Izaya is riding him.<3

I really liked how Shizuo seemed so goddamn helpless throughout all of it.

AND BECAUSE OF THAT, THIS WAS ESPECIALLY HOT.
