Damn, great chapter, I guess it's time for Izaya to rest, at least for a while. Also, Author-san, thank you for making Shizuo the knight in shining armor! I know I didn't specified anything, but personally I don't see him as the villian, I don't think he could rape anyone (not even Izaya). Anyway, I can't say I don't enjoy those kind of fics, but for this one the saviour!Shizuo fits better. And the description of his rage (and concern, even if he doesn't want to admit it) when he found Izaya was heavenly!!
I'm curious now though! Who was the ex gang leader? My first thought was Chikage, but thinking better, maybe it's Kida? Or an OC? Is he a secret mastermind? Why did he called Shizuo?
I'll wait for the next chapter, have a good week Author-san ☆!

Well to clear it up it's just a little OC of mine heh. Though it might be interesting for either Chikage or Kida to be it but I'm saving them for a different role in the story. (Oh and the OC might become a bigger part of the story if I feel it will add to the plot)

My first thought was Chikage because he and his gang aren't from Ikebukuro, and I can imagine him having a mutual respect relationship with Shizuo, but he is still with this gang? So I thought it can be Kida! Because he is an ex-gang leader, and closer to Shizuo and Izaya, but Kida hates Izaya and even if the yellow scarves raped him, I don't think Kida would care enough :/ An OC is the better option to stay the things in character tbh.
But now that the mysterious OC appeared, he added more plot to the story though. So, I think this has potential!!

Don't worry about it we all get busy (And I'm glad you're doing well) Glad you enjoyed this chapter and the mysterious OC will be making another appearance this time doing well...something. My friend is doing their backstory because she said something about needing more angst.Oh and she said hello.Hopefully I'll be able to get the next chapter up soon but first I need to finish all these papers (It's not even the end of September and my teacher's all already working us down to the bone.)

Shizuo was in the middle of lighting up his cigarette when he realized his lighter had no more fluid.He grunted softly before he started making his way to the closest corner store.He was so distracted that he jumped when he heard sirens.When he looked up he saw police cars,ambulance,and a fire truck trying to extinguish the sudden fire in a what appeared to have been an old building.He couldn't help but recognize the two men he saw when he first found Izaya. He didn't see the others though since they might have fled the scene or just weren't there ( ... )

Sorry again! ;_; Actually, where I live November is the last month of school, but I've been slacking off all the year, so now I have to work hard so I don't have to keep going in summer, but I'm doing it successfully! Author-san, work hard in school too and don't repeat my mistakes ( ... )
