I was annoyed at myself for rationalizing each of the "facts" even though they didn't seem plausible. For example, I knew Ben Franklin was a womanizer so I had a difficult time reconciling the second penis thing. Finally I concluded that perhaps it made him confident rather than diffident. And the ice thing seemed plausible. Perhaps enough pressure or trace minerals or use of magnets to align the hydrogen bonds? And so I rationalized each point even though I had doubts about each one.
