Oz/Law & Order: SVU crossover

Tobias Beecher's trying to rebuild his family in the shadow of the man he was in prison. Elliot Stabler's struggling to continue in the wake of divorce while his job eats away at his soul. It makes for an odd friendship, but it works.

Also I really loved this line:

Some people are ideological bigots and sadly there's nothing you can do about them, but lots of people are just brainwashed/ignorant/stupidly repeating stuff they've heard, and spending time doing mundane stuff in company of LGBT people works on them. Personally, I think I have a powerbottom fetish. Nothing turns me off more than fics where my favourite badass character turns all meek or obedient just because they take it up the ass. I prefer read stories where they top than that. But I have a real kink for stories where someone likes to take the passive role, or even be dominated sexually, but not morally, they know exactly what they want, and get it, and don't take any crap. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I kinda love the more dominant side of Toby. Part of that goes back to Chris describing his dick as "a lethal weapon." I could see him channeling that self-loathing into sexual assertiveness :) Plus, what better way for El to get over his hangups than to enjoy for himself the things Toby wants? Kind of a "hey, this is fun" come to Jesus moment. He's getting there. I have faith that squid won't let us down! Beautiful, sexy chapter. When I referenced wanting disasters to drag this story out longer, I couldn't help being a bit amused when I saw the title of this one. -E

I agree with you E. I like Toby topping at times, and will both read and write that. My pissed-off Toby often tops Chris, especially after Chris has goaded him into being angry, or if Chris wants to show Toby he can be the less dominant partner when they're alone. Often my Chris will do this as a part of being ready to manipulate poor Toby into something, or just because it's Toby and so it's okay.
Whew..I have a lot of feels about this. And they're mine, and everyone else is entitled to theirs. I do like Chris topping too, just not always.
And yeah, in this text Toby has more experience, so him guiding Elliot is both sexy and good. Toby will know how to do certain things without hurting someone and so on.

Mm, yes, that is one of the appeals of Top!Toby for me: the idea that Chris would only ever bottom for him. It's the essence of why the Toby/Chris pairing gets to me, that Chris would let Toby have this precious little piece of vulnerability that he would never give to anyone else.

I do agree it's nice seeing Toby as dominant partner. I like that, in specific situations. Like in this story, it's understandable Toby acted as leading man. But unfortunately for me, many times I lost interest in a story where Toby doing the topping. What can I say, blood refuse to rush to my "specific area" even I wanted them to. That's why I rather there's no sex in the story. Unless the writer is very good, and I believe DrSquid won't disappoint me.

I'm all to equality in bed, but I can't control my target of arousal. I think Toby should be grateful he isn't mine. If he was, I wont let himself or other pleasure him through his cock, it will be in cockcage for eternity . I'm being contradictory here but I can't help it, lol.
