Untitled Ned/Harvey pt. 2

The rest of dinner went smooth enough, Harvey still trying to dig up what was wrong with the pie maker as they ate. They left and headed back to Ned’s apartment with the low hum of the sounds of the sixties. They both tapped along with the beat letting out an occasional lyric find its way out of their mouths, always putting a smile on the other one’s face. When they got back to the pie maker’s place they’d forgotten about everything but each other. As they pulled into the parking lot Ned looked over to Harvey, a smile spread across his face. Harvey inched his face closer to the pie maker’s and kissed him gently, the sweet taste of dinner on his lips. They sat stuck together before detaching for air, "Upstairs?” Harvey asked, his eyes looking up from Ned’s lips to his eyes. Ned’s face was flushed with color and he nodded. The two practically leapt out of the car and ran up the stairs. Olive was standing at her door with Bigby when the two had reached his door, “Oh hey you two. Ned there’s some girl at the pie hole who was blabbing about how you two used to be friends when you were kids. Nice girl, big mouth.” She made a motion with her neck and smiled before walking into her apartment, Bigby in tow. Harvey looked at Ned who suddenly remembered why he was nervous at dinner and why Emerson had given him the cold truth. He weighed the options of spending the time with Harvey, which he wanted to do, or solving the problem with Chuck. Harvey looked at Ned, who this time had hidden the Chuck factor well enough and made the lawyer raise his eyebrow, “Old friend back in town, are you sure you want to do this now?” That was another thing that Ned liked about Harvey, he always cared about how Ned felt even if it was only Ned. “I’m fine. I can talk to her later.” A smile crossing Ned’s face again as he unlocked the door, Harvey pulled Ned by his t-shirt and kissed him, forcing both of them into the seemingly empty apartment. Ned went along with the lawyer as they headed to the pie maker’s bedroom. Their hands were scrambling across each other’s bodies, trying to pull off any clothes they could when they landed on top of the bed. Harvey let out a rough laugh when the two split. He climbed on top of the pie maker and kissed him across his jawline, leaving a little trail wherever he went. Harvey knew every little spot with Ned, everything that could make him jump or squirm under him and he was never afraid to use them to his advantage. The pie maker made little gasping noises as Harvey made his way down his lean, pale body. Harvey smiled into the kisses and looked up at Ned’s flushed face. He leaned up and left one short peck on Ned’s lips, which Ned didn’t like. Harvey kissed right below Ned’s navel, making the pie maker’s hips squirm under Harvey, which made the lawyer smile with greed. His hands reached over the button for Ned’s pants, though he could tell by the growing bulge under him that Ned couldn’t handle
the teasing anymore. He smiled and undid the button, taking his time with the zipper. Ned whined and squirmed against Harvey again, beads of sweat rolling down his face. Then a knock came at his bedroom door. Harvey looked behind him at the girl standing against the wall. He flew up and Ned looked up, meeting eyes with Chuck. His eyes flew open and he covered Harvey and himself with the blanket lying next to his side. “What the hell!” Harvey yelled at Chuck. Ned redid his pants and looked at Harvey, “Uh well Harvey this is my old friend Chuck. Chuck this is my…um… boyfriend, Harvey.” His voice was shaky as the two stared at each other, one in awe and the other in blaring anger. Chuck smiled softly at Harvey and Ned, “Sorry about that.” Harvey continued glaring at her and Ned put his hand over Harvey’s, shooting him a look that was between apologetic and demanding that shouldn’t have excited Harvey as much as it did. “It’s alright. It’s nice to meet you.” Harvey grumbled out, grabbing Ned’s hand and squeezing it. “Well Chuck, I know we have plenty to talk about but as you can see…” Chuck put her hand up and smiled, walking out of the door and closing it behind her. Harvey looked at Ned, “What was that?” Ned gave Harvey a weak smile. The moment was almost lost before Ned leaned in and pressed himself hard against Harvey’s lips and kissing him with more passion than before. Harvey pushed back and had Ned back under him. He let his tongue run down Ned’s upper body, leaving little love bites all the way down. Ned’s pants were still restricting him and he started begging him in low, indeterminable mumbles. Harvey tugged Ned’s pants down gently and kissed every inch under his stomach, Ned moaned and grabbed the sheets under him. Harvey gave another husky chuckle and unbuttoned his pants. He unzipped the pie maker slowly which only made him moan louder, the sheets balled up in his palms. Harvey tugged Ned’s pants down far enough for him to see edge of the pie maker’s steady hard on. He smiled and looked up and the sweat covered man under him. “God Harvey, don’t tease.” Ned’s voice was weak and shaky. Harvey dragged his tongue across the pie maker’s length slowly, sending a volt down his spine. Harvey fit Ned in his mouth and made sucking noises that made Ned’s hips buck uncontrollably under him. He came faster than usual and Harvey licked every inch on his way back up Ned’s body. The pie maker felt like jelly under his boyfriend and let Harvey do whatever he pleased. Harvey knew it and took full advantage of leaving all sorts of marks across his body. He flipped Ned over and finally stripped himself of his aggravating boxers. He pulled Ned up by his hips and Ned smiled to himself. Harvey grabbed the bottle of lube from under the comforter he left for emergencies. He put the lube on quickly before slowly sticking himself in Ned slowly, making every single moment count. Every inch he came closer to losing and bit his lip hard, wishing he could force his mouth on Ned’s and swallow his moans. He held
it until he started thrusting himself faster, Ned letting out more moans until Harvey came hard inside of his boyfriend. Harvey let out one almost embarrassingly loud moan after and pulled himself out. The two forgot about Chuck and grabbed each other, pulling the blanket over. They looked at each closely in the dim light of the sun peeking through as it sank in the sky. Ned’s smile was groggy and made Harvey want to kiss it off. He buried himself in Ned’s chest and started dozing off. Ned set his head on the lawyer’s and
kissed it before falling happily asleep himself.

Chuck had been sitting patiently in the living room, ignoring the noises that we’re overwhelming the silence of the apartment until all the sudden it was quiet again. She thought before standing up and walking in front of the bedroom door. She pressed her ear to the door and heard the light sound of snoring. She slowly and almost silently opened the door and saw the two sleeping in bed, a sigh of relief left her lips as she shut the door. Chuck paced for a moment trying to decide whether she should wake them up or not. Ned and Harvey we’re sleeping soundly until the pie maker was forced to wake up by his racing mind. He cracked his eye open and heard the light tread of footsteps outside of the room, he remembered Chuck. Ned reached carefully down and grabbed the sweatpants that had bundled under the comforter from the night before. “Harvey, Harvey get up.” The pie maker whispered in the lawyer’s ear. Harvey regretfully opened his eyes and lifted his head up, resting his chin on Ned’s chest to meet his eyes, “Yes?” When the pie maker looked into Harvey’s eyes he couldn’t help but smile. “Chuck is still here.” They were words that both knew but neither wanted to remember. Harvey rolled off Ned without a word and let him up, watching him get dressed. “Those are my pants, you know?” Harvey asked giving him a laugh. Ned looked down and realized his mistake as his ankles were peeking out of the bottom, “Oh.” Harvey stood up and walked carefully around the pie maker, surveying how he looked in the lawyer’s pants. Ned looked down at Harvey and smiled weakly, “I look ridiculous.” Harvey gave him a strong laugh and shook his head, kissing him softly on the lips. “You always look ridiculous, but that’s okay. That’s why I love you.” They stood there staring at each other before Chuck decided to knock, “Ned?” The two of them looked toward the door and Ned grabbed his shirt while Harvey climbed back into bed. The pie maker walked to the door and cracked it open, carefully keeping his distance. “Hi Chuck.” She pushed the door open which made Ned run back to the other side of the wall and Harvey to watch Chuck with careful eyes. “Okay, so that was awkward earlier. Sorry about that.” She said with a smile before clearing her throat, “Anyway, uh Ned. I need to talk to you about the thing, you know the thing.” She motioned to the living room which made Harvey even more intrigued about the girl. Ned nodded and motioned that she lead the way, following a good distance away. They sat in the living room and Ned sat down, watching Chuck pace in front of him, Harvey’s ear to the wall behind him. “So what’s the obligation to this gift of yours?” Chuck asked, stopping briefly to look at him in the face. “Well, one touch is life. Second touch death. So right now, if I touch you, you die again. But everyone knows about your death, it was made pretty public.” Ned said his hand rubbing the new bruises Harvey had given him, making him crack a small smile. Chuck had picked up the pacing again and thought about the millions of questions that were running through her mind. Harvey raised his eyebrow, ‘Chuck’s dead?’ The thoughts started clogging up his mind and he knocked on the wall soft enough for Ned to hear. “Chuck listen, I want you to stay with Olive so that we don’t touch and that what happened earlier doesn’t have to happen again. Does that sound alright?” Ned was all the sudden feeling very straightforward and demanding. Chuck thought about it closely before nodding, walking toward the door. Ned followed her out to Olive’s apartment and he knocked on the door, Bigby giving a bark before Olive walked to the door, “Hey-a Ned, Chuck. What can I do you for?” Ned gave her a friendly smile and Chuck followed his lead. “Hey Olive, do you mind if Chuck stays with you? Just temporarily I promise.” Olive looked the pie maker in the eye and thought for a few quiet moments. She smiled warmly, “Of course, anything friend of Ned’s is a friend of mine.” She mushed Chuck inside and looked at Ned, smiling before closing the door. Ned sighed with relief before walking back into his apartment and locking the door, Harvey was standing in the doorway of the bedroom waiting for Ned to come back. “So do I get to know about what happened?” The lawyer asked, watching his boyfriend closely. Ned walked to him like a dog with its tail between its legs. “She’s dead?” Ned nodded, “I brought her back for Emerson. But, I sort of… didn’t put her back. Please don’t be mad.” Harvey laughed, “It’s alright.” Ned smiled and wrapped his arms under Harvey’s, spinning the two of them around, “Can we go back to sleep now?” The lawyer kissed his boyfriend softly, nuzzling his head into his neck. “Please.” The pie maker led them carefully to the bed and laid the two of them down softly. Harvey pulled the blanket back up above them and shifted closer to Ned, “I love you.” Ned smiled, his eyes already closed. “I love you too.”
