I went a week ago to see my doctor because I had been dealing with this stuff for long enough. YAY!!! We have power again! I don't know about anyone else, but I'm glad that after 2.5 days we have our power back,now I can sleep well not in peace, but in the air conditioned room at least =)

Well we are back from our rather shortened visit to Alabamy, darnit, I still didn't get my ball cap. Oh well, Elijah's much more improtant than a hat. Monday morning he woke up sounding a little croupy, so being teh good mommy I am I call Henderson, KY and tell his pediatrician's office and they are going to callin some steroids perhaps. NOPE!! Anyone out there who has a super walmart or target that sells TummyTickler Sesame street characters? Elijah and I both have the yucks.  I went to the doctor yesterday because of the huge amount of sinus pressure that I have going on and well,  you guessed it, he put me on antibiotics.  he also told me to get some meusenex (sp) its the stuff you see commercials about all the time.  So far I've taken one but it's worked, my ears don't feel like they ( Read more... )

Elijah has an ear infection.  I was on the money this time.  I wasn't wrong in my perception.  He weighed 32 pounds exactly this morning when they weighed him.  Unfortunately they didn't measure him, and I was going to take a yard stick and measure him, but I couldn't find our yard stick.  I'll find out eventually, because I think he has sprouted a ( Read more... )
