oi. everyone's working out so much and getting fit and toned and i'm sitting at home eating chocolate and getting fat. =__= i hate my fucking knee i want to exercise dammit a;dkfmaowiegjer.
if it makes you feel better, i'm not having fun? because i keep on getting headaches...and does your vision ever cloud? it always happens to me even when i'm not working out but this time i couldn't see for like 6 seconds. it was kinda scary.
ANYWAY, you can still do situps or something right? or like tricep lifts...basically stuff with your arms?
when my vision clouds it's usually because of my contacts. other than that, i get random dizzy spells and feel exhausted by noon everyday (i wake up at 10). i think i'm going to die soon. <3
upper body stuff i do. and i swim every other day, but it's not hardcore like you. i need to do more with my clubsport membership. x__X
i am so unbefuckinglievably sore and im going to New York in two days and im going to be like waddling around cuz my legs hurt too much. we were doing sprints and i was like I WANNA DIEEE. poop im outta shape too. im seriously sore ALL over. my hamstrings my quads my tibialis anterior my ARMS like ALL over, triceps, biceps, wrist muscles, and then my SHOULDERS are hurtin like BIATCH in the back and in the front and then my ABS. i cant even laugh right now cuz its like being stabbed in the knives.
even my butt is sore for heavens sake. what a pain
