"Fixing" the toy that is too loud

Many toys are WAY too loud with no way to adjust the volume. There are low-tech solutions like removing the batteries or taping cardboard over the speaker, but the solution I present here is better than those ( Read more... )

and yes, it worked astonishingly well on our infernal car (the yellow PT cruiser) too. made it only moderately infernal. or did we give that to you? can't remember. just know it doesn't live at my house anymore.

Sure; it is for annoyed parents with soldering irons everywhere.

I am pretty sure the infernal car went back to STL with you - at least we don't have it. I do remember that before it was fixed you were ready to throw it in the river.
