Today, I purchased World of Warcraft. Who's comin' with me??? I was quite impressed with the Open Beta, it didn't have the level grind feeling of the original Everquest that left a sour taste in my mouth ever since, but I also only made it to level 15 during my few Beta days

it still has a time consuming level grind compared to guildwars or daoc even..

I'm prolly gonna still play, but I'm not sure if it will be with my guild on one of the pvp east servers or with some other friends on one of the pve servers. I want a tauren warrior! Everyone wants to play alliance, instead of horde tho. So i will prolly play a human mage.

In Beta, I made it to level 15 and didn't feel I was grinding at all... all my advancement was purely through quest xp. Maybe in the upper levels it will change though, we'll see... I'm intending on playing Alliance on a PvE server and Horde on a PvP server. So far I've not found anyone else that wants to play Horde, so if you end up doing that let me know which PvP server you want to join and I'll join that one for my Horde character. I assume they'll still let you create characters on multiple servers from the same account? I actually haven't found any info on the WoW site about that...

yea, I got to lvl 17. But I'm pretty sure the exp will drastically slow down at higher levels.

yea, more than likely you just won't be able to play alliance and horde on same server.

Yea I really do want a tauren!

Actually, from what I read, you can create both Alliance and Horde characters on the PvE servers, just not on the PvP servers, those are strictly one team or the other.

as much as i'd love to play, i just don't have the money or the time.
