I went out and bought a window box yesterday, to fill with herbs. Just because I have no inside space and no garden doesn't mean I can't have fresh herbs on the landing outside my window under the stairs, goddammit! So now I have basil, coriander, chives, thyme and mint. I start my new job today. I'm less nervous than I could be, I had a trial on Tuesday, and they obviously thought I was ok, because they offered me a job and arranged my next shift on the spot. I'm frustrated with my uni, because I can't find out any of the books I need for the four subjects I'll be studying next semester until just before term starts. I am doing two English subjects which will probably consist of about 10 novels/plays/books of poetry that I'll need to read, so it would have been really nice if I could find out what I ( Read more... )

Uni semester is over (other than one exam next Monday that I'm not too worried about, as long as I pass all is well)!! I am relieved, but I need to make the most of this large lump of time I'll have for the next month or so.
