Yea, there is definitely an Apple-ish feel to it. Then again, when doing "eye candy", there is really only so much you can do. Speaking of old machines, I'm now running it on my desktop as well...a P4 1.7 with 768mb RAM, and a 128mb Radeon 9600 SE graphics card. I'm running the "Windows Vista Aero" interface with it, which is their high-end stuff. I'll have some screenshots at some point. It's a little sluggish on this machine, but definitely usable. I'm impressed

Broke mine like, 5-6 years ago with Big Day Out #1. I've been there aplenty, but there are quite a few I've missed :)
I've seen Guster 3 times now. Parkfest, at Union College, and here. I'm not one of their most rabid fans (then again, I'm not 12 either, they do seem to have quite a following among the youngin's) but they put on a good show.

Guster was in Portland. Maine August 19 when I was there, but didn't get a chance to go.
