Hooray! And so very much worth the wait -- this is just wonderful. I love the oh-so-devilish and impatient look on Sirius's face (and the fact that it looks like he's trying not to smile). I love how happy Remus and Tonks look to be gazing into each other's eyes -- but, is it just me, or is she leaning in closer than he is? (Hmm, foreshadowing?)

It's very cool how Tonks and Remus are popping a little bit outside the frame, too.

Now I will be looking forward to your Midsummer project. :)

Why, thank you very much. I think the reason Remus appears to be hanging back is the person in the middle! Once Sirius clears off, I'm sure he'll close the gap.

Love the "Would you get on with it!" Look on Sirius' face! I agree with Shimotsuki, I see Tonks pulling Remus in a little closer that Remus is willing to go just yet. Maybe that's just because of Sirius' proximity. Love the details down to Tonk's nails and the threads on Sirius' buttons!

Thanks! I think I could spend a lot more time on the details but sometimes ya just gotta stop and move on! Sirius won't be in the next piece so Remus and Tonks won't have to hold off...;)

Definitely worth the wait! Lovely colours and contrasts (am very keen on Sirius in burgundy, and how you've got grey running through Remus' hair, as well as Tonks' pinks and purples and the tiny red glimpses of her jewellery) and simply perfect facial expressions from them all.

I always like the way you draw R/T holding hands; it says so much about both characters.

I'll stop here because you haven't time to read too much praise - there's another one to be getting on with. ;) But it's a lovely start to my morning to see this and thanks for sticking with it through all those computer problems!

They do that a lot in my art, don't they. I can definitely say that there will be hand holding in the Midsummer piece. Now, stop distracting me with idle praise so I can work on it! ;)

That's beatuiful. I love the way you've drawn Sirius - so few people draw him as I imagine, and I love his cheekbones and his slightly sarcastic expression.

Tonks' hair is really pretty too, and I love the way they're looking at each other.

I hadn't thought much about what Sirius looks like but since he insisted on being in this piece, I thought I'd try to do something that wasn't so gary-oldman looking. I'm very glad you liked how he turned out.
