she was 17 years old. it was basically old age that got to her. she looked really bad, i just thought we would have to put her down, not that she would die like that.

Awwwww yeah I guess that would make sense, the age. I wasn't sure if something specific happened though.

I'm really sorry regardless, it just plain sucks when animals die. :(

Jenny I'm so sorry this happened. :'( Loosing a pet is the hardest thing. I wish animals lived longer than what they do. I remember Alex being skin and bones at the end and being in so much pain in his final days. I'm assuming she died at home, at least she died in the place she called home (not some horrible place animals tend to be afraid of or scared going to called the vets) and knew you guys loved her. It sucks that they get taken from us so early as they do.

I know you loved Sparkles. She always sounded like an awesome cat. She's in a better place now where she doesn't have anymore pain or suffering.

I know my words can't help w/ the horrendous feelings of sadness after loosing a pet. *BIG HUGGLES*

PS- When you comeback we should hang out sometime (but not during the weekdays 'cuz I work/go to school.) Unless sometime you'd like to visit me on campus.

Thanks so much for the kind words. It's weird though, this house is way more relaxed now that she's gone. although she didn't like all the other animals in the house it's also weird to not hear hissing or anything anymore. she died in the car from what my mom told me, but she was almost gone when my mom put her in the car.

:'( *huggles* That's the worst part after the death of an animal is the all the quirks, sounds, and just daily activities are gone. It's weird to get used to the absence of it. Awww poor Sparkles. *HUGGLES*
