How did you accomplish the wild yeast conjuration? I've always had to buy my yeast in the past.

And remember, Miller takes yeast, too! Maybe you should try brewing wild yeast beer?

I inoculated the mix with raisins. Turns out that raisins are crawling with yeast. Feed the starter a couple of days, and you've got yeast.

Id never thought of how to make yeast before. There is a number of ways or havesting wild flour - plaintain seeds, willow pollen, acorns dried and roasted, but yeast never crossed my mind.

Ill be attempting fire tommorrow with my sycamore bowdrill. I made a bowdrill last time I was in the woods, but Ive not mastered the technique, I can get it hot, but it will not burn in. I hope I can master this.
