So my first batch of beer is done. Has been for about a week. I finally named it also, Phoenix Black Amber Ale. It turned out quite well by all accounts. Everyone who tried it has enjoyed it immensely and I'm very happy about that. I still have over two gallons left. I'm think about making another amber or a pilsner but I'm not sure yet. who knows
