God, I know you have to ask one "If I asked your brother which way to go, what would HE say" and that's supposed to work although GOD'S HONEST TRUTH I still have no idea how that works because it is a logic train that I cannot stay aboard apparently.
Welp, you made me take out a piece of paper and try to figure this out.
And I think I got it. Much rejoicing and etcetera.
Here's how it goes: you ask BOTH brothers what the other's reply to "which way should I go?" be. The answers they give will be identical and you go the opposite way to what they say.
Here's WHY it works: let's say going right will kill you and going left will is safe. The lying brother will reply that his truthful brother will tell you to go right (since he would not, he would tell you to go left). The truthful brother will tell you that his brother will tell you to go right, because the lying brother would want to lead you astray and into death.
Drawing with pen: it is the best. Admittedly sometimes it is kind of frustrating because it is more difficult to fix mistakes and light stuff scans like poo, but at the same time: NO MORE SMUDGED PENCIL SKETCHBOOK PAGES. YAAAAAY.
Okay but seriously, Point-and-Click collab HOW GREAT ARE YOU LET ME COUNT THE WAYS. I love the doodles of little Jim and little Lorne hopscotching back and forth between forms. HOW CUTE? SO CUTE. Jim doing flowery-plant magic is the best. I am now inspired to draw more little scenery doodles.
Also your statues are so great ohmygod. I love their big curly horns and how they do that obnoxious "one tells lies/one tells the truth" thing (THAT I HAVE NEVER UNDERSTOOD BUT IT'S SUCH A MAZE CLASSIC MIRITE). I also love how they call Ssam "little miss". CLEVER, KORY.
Jimmy and Lorne are two damn cute, galdang. I love their big dopey ":D" faces, hahaha.
NICE SATYR DESIGNS DUDE. I like the old school greek statue feel you gave 'em and their flipped horn designs! Man I never actually played a game with the "one always lies, one always tells the truth" puzzle personally, but I knew of 'em and always knew they were a bitch. It's only a vague doodle but I like Ssam's annoyed expression at them, haw.
