so, the screen on my phone went blank again last night. my family (not including my mom... she was sleeping) went to cingular (we had at&t but they went to cingular). Basically the woman told me that i need to call whatever it is and they'll ship me a new phone. Sounds good. My older sister was there cuz she wanted to be added to our family plan
