Since then, not much worth writing about has happened. I finally got my ducks in a line with regard to surgery, something I honestly thought would be taken care of last spring, and I'll be getting a hip replacement this Thursday. I know someone who just had knee surgery and she isn't supposed to bend the knee 90 degrees ever, at all and so she has trouble lowering herself into short chairs... which, ironically, is what the hospital was full of... the kinds of chairs that she was not supposed to lower herself into...

Really though, do at least TRY to take care of yourself!
