about a half hour after Paul left for pool league last night he called me, but then hung up before I answered. After seeing the call I saw where he'd messaged me that he had just had a car wreck in front of bumpers.  From the msg I thought it was probably just a fender bender, but I replied back asking if he needed me to come get him or anything.

Glad he's ok. So scary. Are you two gonna be without a car for a while? I can see about giving a couple of rides, maybe to your appointments or something when needed.

We've got mine and the insurance covers a rental for him so we are good, but thank you for the offer.

The adjuster already looked at the car this morning and said it was totaled, but we probably won't get the check till late next week, so he's got some time to look and find something he likes.
