These days, there is so much going on in the world. It is steadily going insane. Prices are rising and falling faster than a bulemic's average weight. People are getting more mean and cynical by the minute ( Read more... ) -
Today in a short review.
Well, to start it all off, saying today was mildly surreal is to say the ocean is mildly splashy. It never really seemed that I fully woke up. The day seemed to jolt by in parts, and then ooze by in others. It was really bizarre. I did a bit of really simple Lam work today, and we mounted some graphics onto Foam-Core, and cut them into circles. ( Read more... ) -
A Work Related Update!
Well, the 16 hour day didn't happen, but according to the pay period, a 12 hour day did happen, and actual time put in equated to 10 hours of nonstop work. Like, I clocked in at 9 A.M. and started working. Neither Bert nor I took a lunch break, as a matter of fact, we ate sammiches while running prints through ( Read more... ) -

16 hour day supposedly today. I'm really not particularly looking forward to it, but hey, these things happen. With any luck, we might hammer it out within the normal 8, but I highly doubt that. But, oh well, c'est la guerre. Or something similar I suppose.
Could always be worse, eh?

Geeze, does it never end?
So, I am home again today, partially because my boss didn't get any printing done for the big ass (read: $6,000+) job that we are doing for Scantron, and also partially because I feel like just about every bone in my body has been individually smashed by a mack truck.
