Now that i've had time to accept my new tattoo, I'm more keen to just look at the positive side of it all and not focus on the fact that it wasn't exactly how I planned it would be ( Read more... )

yeah...my scheme for not filling it in initially came about because I didn't want to have to sit through more needles going into me to fill it in...I thought i'd test the waters with the outline and then if I felt like it LATER fill it in. The decision was sort of made for me! lol

I do like it, I never said I hated it, it just...didn't go down the way I anticipated!

Ooooooh. Okay, my freakout's definitely over, because I actually really like it filled in. I like it a lot. I also like the accidental symbolism of the mistake. :D

Ouch, heels. I have permanent scars and weird bone lump growth things on the backs of my heels because of shoes. So I definitely empathize. :/

Honestly, I think I like it better filled in! I'm proud of you for enduring the pain of a foot tattoo on your own! I was squeezing my cousin's hand like I was going into labor or something. :D Now we are foot tat twinners. I can't wait to see it for reals.

Yeah, I guess I thought because you and Erin and a ton of other people had tattoos on your feet, that it wasn't TOO painful! I REALLY wasn't anticipating it to hurt as much as it did...it was only after I'd done it that my boss was like "When you told me you were off to get a tattoo on your foot I wanted to tell you that i've heard it's the most painful place to be tattooed!"

But anyways, I made it through, and I do like it filled in - that's how it was originally designed - so it's all good.

I can't wait to see YOU for reals, I miss Ashley!
