Voice Posts

So, my microphone finally arrives and I'm getting all excited about making a voice post. However I want to ask a few questions before I upgrade my account to a Plus one.

1) For UK voice posters, are you charged to make voice posts?

2) How do you make them? I assume we have to call one of the American numbers but is that the case?

You've downloaded Gizmo, haven't you? In that case, you can make the voice posts through that and it's free.

You need to set up your voice post settings (a default phone number and a personal identification number) - you can do that here: http://www.livejournal.com/manage/voicepost.bml

Then just call the ljbot from Gizmo and follow the instructions.
