ready, set, GO!

I have a bit of time until matvey picks me up to go to the airport. I'm packed and mostly ready to go. Couple things to wrap up, including.... ACUS games! so here they are:

'Right Place, Right Time'
It ain't easy livin' on the edge of the Rim. The Alliance makes things tough out here, and the Reavers help none that's certain. You've got a good crew, but times are getting desperate. Pieces fallin' off the ship, mouths to feed, not quite enough fuel to get to the next planet; yeah, these are your troubles. Then a message comes through from a contact, offering a high-risk job that pays appropriately. It's the sort of thing you'd normally turn down; kidnapping isn't your thing, it has a high chance of getting messy... but these aren't the times to be picky. We take what we can to make it through.

Details: Setting is from the 'Firefly' TV show. Players are the crew on a Firefly, but NOT the Serenity. Events will take place roughly as the same time as the TV show is set. Characters must be created before the con; GM will contact players with details.

'Day of the Dead'
The stars and planets have aligned for a special blue moon in the Spring of Amber. It is a time of magic, when loves flame up and mysteries unfold like butterflies. King Oberon has decreed a Masquerade for the evening, and naturally you attend. Then Tir lowers down to the earth, Amber becomes silver and Tir becomes real... and reality itself is called into question.

Details: Setting is old Amber, towards the end of Oberon's reign. Pre-gen characters.

I know in the past I've asked locals not to sign up since I promise to run the games after the con. Well since that hasn't happened with last year's games, and we're almost at the next ACUS... my bad. Sign up if interested, and see ya on the flip side.
