The office next door just gave us a bunch of bottles of wine they were getting rid of. It's an Australian Chardonnay from a vineyard called Xanadu. I thought that was cute.

A guy was selling bootleg DVDs on the subway last night, loudly announcing all the titles he had. One of them was Spike Lee's Katrina movie "When The Levees Broke", only he was pronouncing it "When The Levys Broke" like they were some Jewish family.

The guy behind the coffee cart today was wearing a t-shirt that said, "I am the man from Nantucket."
