Leslie's four simple life changes:
Run 10 miles a week. Over seven days, I used to do that for fun, let's try that again.
Drink water only. Not that I drink soda, but the occasional juice, or alcoholic drink is out.
Change one meal into a smoothie. (Breakfast seems easiest here)
Most importantly! Je veux apprendre le français!
