Full disclosure: Isis and I are mutal flisters and beta for each other.
Pairings: Fraser/Kowalski, Ray/Ray, Fraser/Kowalski/Vecchio, and, if I may quote the author directly, "many of my stories are difficult to categorize and/or have multiple, background, or implied pairings, particularly the "other" stories."
Style and strengths: Isis makes fanworks in many forms. She writes long, plotty stories that drag you in. She writes great PWPs, often with a twist to them, or an unusual point of view. She writes excellent drabbles. She remixes other fan's stories. She makes vids. She records podfic. All of these bear her trademark eye for detail and pursuit of technical mastery.
Other DS/C6D activity: Isis has written fic and made vids for Slings and Arrows, Wilby Wonderful and Hard Core Logo, including crossovers with due South.
Some favourites:
Third Date Rule, Ray/Ray, PG. Ray thinks they're dating, which comes as a surprise to Ray. This has such a lovely, relaxed, low-key feel to it.
It was kind of nice. Like maybe Vecchio was seeing him as someone other than his ex-wife's ex-husband, and his ex-partner's…ex-partner. Someone other than just the guy he worked with. And after a couple of helpings of lasagna and a couple of glasses of red wine, Ray thought that maybe he could see Vecchio as someone other than all that stuff, too. Maybe that's why Vecchio had asked him over. Asked him out.

So that was number one, Ray figured.

Unexpected Hazards of Global Warming Fraser and RayK, gen. This is a piece of art Isis created for the ds_northernnews challenge, and it never fails to make me giggle.

Five Extraordinary Encounters That (Probably) Never Happened, Slings and Arrows/various crossovers, gen. This is awesome and hysterical and incredibly satisfying, particularly the last of the five.
And Paul follows him into the building, looking at the posters on the walls (Coriolanus, The Water Engine, Freedom's Ring - this last "a new work by local playwright Nahum Adetola") and at the aged wallpaper tarted up with new trim, at the rows of limp seats and the proud proscenium, and listens to Geoffrey tell him about the building, and the stage, and his company.

They have reached the light and sound boards when Paul stops Geoffrey's monologue with a hand on his shoulder. "Are you happy?"

Geoffrey doesn't seem to think the question as odd as Paul belatedly realizes it must be. He considers for a moment. "I believe I am, yes."
