- When examining the letters from Tracy's stalker, Fraser goes into detail about how the writing indicates that the author is someone with psychopathic tendencies, and he sounds like he knows what he's talking about. Do you think he had special instruction in this area at some point, maybe as part of his RCMP training? Or is it something he just picked up from books and independent research, like a lot of his other knowledge?
