These are fabulous, and soooooooo clever the way they weave together for the larger story but are strong enough to stand painfully on their own. :D

Oh wow, good stuff! Very angsty and nicely constructed. And I love that choice not to reveal anything about who died, or how, or why. It could even have been Dief! (Which yes, kills me, but you act in the service of angst and for that you are forgiven!) Great job on this! I'm really looking forward to seeing what you come up with for the challenge!

And I got busted by aingeal8c, so don't feel too bad. In return, Team Romance sent me a little present...So in addition to being romanced, I also got unmasked. Damn Team Romance, and their little dog too!

I chose to do that because the how and why are irrelevant to the one who is left behind. And that's part of what I was trying to show.
