CPAP Woes

So, I have decided that for my birthday present to myself this year I am purchasing a new CPAP machine. Yes, but I need a copy of my prescription for the machine in order to purchase a machine. I had the sleep study done in Nov of 2000 at Abbott Northwestern Neuroscience Institute. Don't remember the doctor, I only saw him once after the sleep

Wow. I never knew a CPAP required a prescription. I hope it works out. What a pain.
