Well, the game's basically:
1) Don't think about the game.
2) If you think about the game, you lose.
3) If you lose the game, you have to tell everyone around you.

The only way to win is if the Prime Minister of Great Britain holds a press conference to announce that he's lost the game. You'd think it would've happened by now, it's been going since before I was born, but...
