Peggy McIntosh's article was one of the ones we went over in my Women's Studies class. It was such a great article with so many great points. It makes me happy that others are reading it and getting what she was talking about.

Not to be self-promoting, but did you check this out? It's an test for implicit racism that is pretty well respected in social psy circles. It's since been applied to other areas.
