Last night I was a good gal and went running. It was really good. Halfway 'thru the short run, it felt so good, I felt inspired to do a blog post again. Something along the lines of "how I started running... different experiences along the way... the role running played in my life

enlightenment.. epiphany.. sometimes drawing a parallel between running and the meaning of life.. i'll have a whole entire post written in my head but like you said, after a nice warm shower.. NAH! =)
