Since I stopped smoking I exchanged one habit for another. I'm sort of living on borrowed time hathving a bunch of.serious heart issues (Aortic Aneurysm, Aortic regurgitation, and cardiomyopathy) amongst random other organ failures. But my 20mos. Old grandson keeps me laughing and chocolate satisfies that craving and all is right with the world!
I gave up.diets once I realized I'd always need a wheel chair. Hard to make that set of wheels look sexy! Peace~~~D
Oh, I don't diet to look sexy - I'm in my late 60's and have no intention of killing it in fashion. I just want to feel as good as I can, and pay attention to what my body needs and wants. That's why I joined WildFit, and that's why I'm Living WildFit and won't ever go back to poor food habits. Once I got through the 90-day program and understood what my body was telling me it needed, I paid attention. It doesn't mean I can't have this or that, but most of the time it does mean I choose - consciously - whether or not I'm willing to do that for this. Most of the time I find I can do without quite nicely

I just traded a more healthy habit for a very unhealthy one. Although it seems i might switch to jelly beans or some sort of chewy candy. Although it's a lot of sugar. Peace~~~D
lol I know this feeling all too well, just with ice cream instead of chocolate! I don't let myself buy it as much anymore because I'll eat a whole pint in one sitting and then feel bad about myself, but still want more ice cream! Good work :)
